Your download has started.
While Showboard downloads, here's how to get set up:
Install
Open the DMG and drag Showboard to your Applications folder.
First Launch
Showboard includes a setup wizard that walks you through everything below. macOS may ask you to confirm opening it since it’s downloaded from the web — click Open.
Add Your Music Library
Point Showboard to your music folders — local drives or network shares. It automatically scans, imports metadata, and detects live concert recordings by date-formatted folders. New files are picked up automatically going forward.

Select Your Audio Device
Choose your DAC or output device. Showboard shows each device’s capabilities — supported sample rates, bit depth, and whether exclusive mode is available. Enable bit-perfect mode if you want the signal to bypass the macOS audio mixer entirely.
Start Listening
Browse your library, explore live shows from this week in history, or search across all your sources at once.
The setup wizard handles steps 3–5 in sequence, so you don't need to hunt through settings.
